This dissertation thesis is focused on the uncertainty analysis of the spectroradiometric and photometric measurements. The measurement uncertainty should be stated in every measurement protocols or calibration certificates. Recently the luminance cameras are widely used for the luminance measurements in the whole scene with a good resolution and measuring time. However, there is no uncertainty estimation method for these measuring devices. Therefore, this thesis analyses the luminance measurement uncertainty of the luminance analyser LDA – LumiDISP, that can be classed as a luminance camera. Since the calibration procedure is very complicated and traceable to other measuring photometric devices, there is a detailed description of the measurement uncertainties of luxmeters, luminance meters, spectroradiometric systems and its practical calculations for these systems in the light laboratory FEKT Brno University of Technology. However, the measurement uncertainties estimation of the spectroradiometric systems is especially difficult for the output quantities calculated from the spectral power distribution of the light source. In this thesis there is presented a method of uncertainty measurement and estimation of these spectroradiometric systems and luminance analyser LDA, where the luminance measurement uncertainty varies with the measured spectral power distribution of the light source, its position in the luminance image and the exposure settings.
